Returns & Order Policy

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by using the Contact Us form located at the bottom of our homepage so we can assist you.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and current. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage along with any relevant details when contacting us.

Damage claims are filed with the shipping carrier and may take some time to process. We will communicate with the courier and keep you informed throughout the review. Depending on the outcome, a store credit, partial refund, or refund may be offered. All cases are evaluated individually.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of pricing errors or inaccuracies.
